About Fraser Associates Architects

Fraser Associates Architects was founded in December of 2011 and continues to provide design services throughout Downeast Maine. Located in downtown Bar Harbor, we are a diversified firm with a broad range of experience including: commercial, institutional, health care and residential architecture. Fraser Associates offers a full range of architectural services to our Clients from existing conditions and code analysis, to programming and master-planning, schematic design and construction documentation and are with our Clients all the way through construction and beyond.

Our Projects include the new Schoodic Woods Campground Buildings, Renovations to St. Mary's Winter Chapel, The New Acadia Family Center Addition, The New Women's Health Center for Mount Desert Island Hospital, Renovations to the Bar Harbor Savings and Loan Building, a new Oceanfront Private Residence and several residential additions and renovations.

Prior to founding Fraser Associates Architects, Mr. Fraser was Project Architect for several major projects in the region including the Mary Dow Center for Cancer Care at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, the Schoodic Education and Research Center Buildings, the new Total Health Center at Marlboro College, Vermont, numerous renovations and additions to the Jordan Pond House and more than one hundred homes.

Fraser Associates Architects is, and has been, a proud partner of Acadia National Park for the past ten years.
